Job Responsibilities:
- To assist in Project Department with admin support to ensure smooth operations
- To prepare and assist in tendering of job ( Getting Quotation from supplier and compile the result from them) and submit to Senior
- To assist in coordination with vendors / sub-contractors.
- Work closely with the project team to ensure purchase requisitions , Purchase order are keyed into the system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Work closely with the procurement team on follow-up matters related to purchase requisitions
- Filing / type quotation
- Assist project team to follow through purchase requisitions including liaising with requestors and users
- Ensure proper documentation, maintain and update records accordingly.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum GCE "N" Level or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of good relevant experience in related field / industry
- Good communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Excel , word etc) and PC literate - Proactive, good working attitude and able to communicate well
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, and ability to work as a good team player.
