Job Highlights:
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 8.00am to 5.00pm
- Salary Range: $1,500 to $1,800
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages to management and guests.
- Monitor and ensuring have adequate stock of pantry and cleaning supplies.
- Assist with basic pantry-related tasks, such as cleaning cups and utensils, make sure pantry is clean at all times
- Regularly cleaning and maintaining equipment like coffee machines, microwave, refrigerator and water dispensers.
- Maintain general cleanliness and upkeep of the workstation, reception, common area, meeting rooms and toilet.
- Maintain general neatness of office, clear dust bins and vacuum carpet floors.
- Watering and maintenance of plants and removal of weeds or unwanted plants.
- Disposing of rubbish and take to collection point
- Any other ad-hoc work duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Prior office housekeeping/ cleaning experience is advantageous
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and work independently
