- Receive and review documents including engineering drawings, standards, inspection instructions, datasheets, bill of materials and change orders.
- Generate and modify AutoCAD drawings.
- Verify completeness of documents reviewed.
- Obtain missing or incomplete document information through coordination with document originator.
- Generate specification from vendor datasheet. Generate document packages.
- Create and Modify Bill Of Materials (BOM) in Excel.
- Receive, update and release change orders. Retrieve documents and files.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree
- Vocational or technical training preferred.
- AutoCAD and basic MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel skills.
- Previous document control support or related work experience preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
