- Sell Nishihara's product by proposing new menu and explain in details to chefs of Japanese restaurants
- Develop sound and long-term relationship with key influencers of key accounts
- Place product orders to the company’s headquarters in Japan and to local vendors. (Order more than 100 items in one order)
- Liaise closely and promptly, and to provide superior service to clients’ requests and enquiries
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Responsible for cost control, business development, and delivery control.
- Need to project sales, manage inventory and have good knowledge of items
- Management of operation (delivery and storage)
- Management back office (Purchase, Cash Flow Management )
- Analytics of operation, Reporting to HQ

Job Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related position
- Need to have good knowledge of items the company sells and is creative enough to come up with new menu ideas.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager.
- Well organized and creative candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter and able to work independently
- Able to read and speak Japanese fluently in order to liaise with Japanese speaking vendors and clients
