- Assist Managers/Director in managing and designing, project management, implementation, drafting authority submissions, and consultations.
- Handle design conceptualization, design development, contract administration, site visits, and chairing/attendance of Client Consultant Meetings/Technical Coordination Meetings for assigned projects.
- Present projects to clients confidently and ensure follow-up design workshops with the clients are engaging, informative and conclusive.
- Proficient in Singapore local authority codes and regulations.
- Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD and SketchUp for producing layout plans, details, and sections to organize, generate, and document project outputs, and put together design presentations for viewing by Clients.
- Manage construction phase/progress.
- Coordinate the preparation of forms, drawings, and information required by authorities for approval, including performing floor area calculations and colouring of presentation.
- Control drafting and documentation templates and maintain standards according to the office ISO.
- Project implementation and Site coordination for assigned projects.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director related to the nature of the work scope.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore local authority codes and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Experience in coordinating with consultants, contractors, and authorities.
- Familiarity with ISO standards.
