Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain high-quality Business Process Management (BPM) products that align with requirements.
- Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices to enhance deployment efficiency.
- Lead the design of BPM specifications, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and business goals.
- Translate business needs into scalable, reliable, and high-performance technical solutions.
- Create clear, comprehensive, and updated technical and API documentation to support collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Java/Web and Web RestFul API programming with a focus on system maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Java programming and Web RestFul API development.
- Strong familiarity with Java Frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, and Struts.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript and jQuery for effective collaboration with front-end developers.
- Experience in database operations and optimization, working with relational databases like MS SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
- Proficient in version control tools like SVN and Git for efficient code collaboration and management.
- Basic Linux system operation skills for deploying and managing applications effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Experience in Agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Certification in relevant technologies or frameworks is advantageous.
