Operations Administration Executive – Jurong ( 5 day)
- assist the head of operations dept in all daily tasks and matters within the dept
- co-ordinate with operations dept as well as sales & marketing dept on project execution including processing customer purchase order, create delivery orders and return forms, arranging equipment testing and maintenance, as well as responding to customer requests, clarifications and revolving any issues with customers as soon as possible
- prepare and submit tax invoices, progress claims and statement of accounts to customers as well as following up with customers on receivable and final accounts for completed projects
- liaise with vendors to support project executions and verify vendor invoices against tasks completed before sub,itting to accounts dept for timely payment to vendors
- perform asset, inventory and financial reconciliation with accounts department and generate monthly reports for management
- Diploma or equivalent qualifications and proficient in microsoft office tools
- relevant experience with ERP system and in construction industry will be an advantage but not necessary
- basic salary : S$ 2800 – S$ 3600 neg
