Nature of Services:
- Manage ICT Infrastructure services in meeting Service Level Agreement and IT Security Standards and Policies.
- Manage ICT Infrastructure Incidents to ensure they are resolved within the Service Level Agreement and develop mitigation measures to avoid having re-occurrence of incidents.
- Develop guidelines, processes and procedures to continuously improve incidents management, escalation and system monitoring.
- Manage ICT Infrastructure contracts and operating budget in meeting the agreed budget utilisation.
- Provide ICT Infrastructure support and services in all stages of application deployment, testing and production.
- Deliver ICT Infrastructure services in meeting business needs, within agreed budget, duration and quality.
Required Role’s competencies, skills & knowledge
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent
· Certifications with Cloud Service Providers. (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect)
· Relavant experience with using Cloud Service Providers, preferable with AWS experiences.
· Infrastructure as Code. (e.g. Terraform, Cloud Formation)
· Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery.
· Familiar with Security/InfoSec practices.
· Self-motivated with a positive mindset.
· Good team player.
· Resourceful and able to work out innovative solutions using new technologies.
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in performing the role.
