Our client a leading consulting MNC seeking for Executive Assistant (6 MONTHS CONTRACT TO PERM)
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma Holder.
- At least 6 years of experience support C-Suites or Senior Management.
- Project Management and experience supporting a team preferably in an MNC environments
- Applicants with experience working with Professional Service and Consulting firms advantageous.
- Experience providing full secretarial support duties to a Team with good calendar and travel management experience.
- Must be meticulous, able to work in a fast and demanding environment.
- A quick learner, pro-active and has high level of EQ.
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organization and strong communication skills.
Others:
- 5 day work week
- 6 months contract
- Located in Raffles Place.
