Responsibilities:
- Filing documents and attend e-mail and ensure info dissemination to respective departments
- Manage documentation including e-docs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Data entry, transaction on our internal documents; warehouse order, Export Sheet, Container record
- Other ad-hoc documentation requirements
- Manage inventories and consumables for operation
- Documentations for warehouse personnel for Import & Export as well as Local orders and deliveries
- Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors & Storekeepers on Import, Export & Local deliveries matters
- Ensure proper labelling and counterchecking of orders and shipments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Ensure compliance with shipping requirements for both import and export activities
- Perform thorough checks on shipping documents
- Adhere to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures within the warehouse
- Report and address any safety concerns promptly
- Collate daily warehouse activities to manager for monthly reports
- Attend to DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc. for daily cargo collections
- Perform any other general duties assigned by manager, ensuring timely and accurate completion
Requirements:
- "N"/'"O" Level and above
- Computer literacy
