Executive, Employee Services

Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd

You will handle all medical benefits administration for SingHealth HQ staff. Your role includes ensuring that all medical bills incurred by staff and their dependents are processed accurately and that payments to service providers are settled promptly according to the Statement of Accounts. You will also regularly review and update medical benefits policies to keep them relevant. Additionally, you will verify in-service staff's personal data updates in the SAP SuccessFactors system and keep staff personnel files organised. You will lead a team and help guide them on medical benefits matters.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and preferably with knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors system
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous with good time management skills
  • Team player who is also able to work independently
