Core Responsibilities
- Supervise the Operations & Warehouse Department
- Provide on-the-job training and performance evaluation to subordinates
- Review work processes improvement solutions to determine effectiveness
- Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures (product handling & storage requirements)
- Facilitate discussions with Operation/Sales teams to resolve issue and/or queries of principals and hospitals
- Maintain accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities
- Develop organizational guidelines and remedial actions to address non-conformance in the receipt, handling and storage of products
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities in business operations activities
- Develop processes for receiving product, inventory management and shipping
- Review incident or crisis management plans to address issues identified in management of goods
- Any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager
Performance Expectations
- Compliance of legislation: - (if applicable)
- Safety and GDPMDS standards
- Ensure accuracy of documents generated for distribution
- Ensure that FIFO or FEFO procedure is practiced based on IMS to prevent discrepancy in the inventory system
- Attend to enquiries promptly and provide good services to the stakeholders
- Ensure proper correspondence between suppliers and forwarder to ensure goods are received as requested
- Recommend corrective and preventive measures for non-conforming products
- Safekeep confidential records
- Implement Good Distribution Practice at all times
- Adhere to company policies and regulations
Job Requirements
- Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain
- Minimum 5 years & above of relevant experience
- MS Office Application (Word, Power Point, Excel)
- Knowledge in Logistics system (eg: SAP)
- Meticulous and detailed-orientated
- Self-started and able to multitask
- Critical thinker
