- Assist in the daily operations of specialist outpatient clinic
- Attend to walk-in patients and phone calls
- Appointment booking for patients
- Handle patient's registration and data entry
- Collection of payment from patients
- Handle insurance claims and accounting
- General administrative duties in the clinic, as assigned by the clinic manager
- Perform vision test e.g visual acuity (training provided)
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in the similar industry.
- Well-versed in MS Office Applications would be preferred.
- Immediate starter is a plus
