Community Development/ Partnerships Executive (Events/ Non-Profit Organization)

  • Oversee Board and Board committee activities as the Board Secretariat, including scheduling meetings, compiling meeting materials, and providing logistical support.
  • Prepare appointment letters for Board Members and facilitate the onboarding process for new Board Members.
  • Compile and produce Management Reports quarterly for Board/EXCO meetings.
  • Assist in Society activities such as updating membership registers, organizing annual general meetings, maintaining statutory registers and records, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Manage contracts such as Service Level Agreements and Memorandums of Understanding, ensuring proper completion, collection, and archiving.
  • Organize and execute key events such as conferences, tournaments, roadshows, or campaigns
  • Manage all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, concept design, logistics, production, and on-site management.
  • Support the development of partnership and collaboration plans aligned with company strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to pilot, implement, and scale-up new programs and initiatives.
  • Identify and engage potential partners for collaboration and commitment to partnership scopes.
  • Foster strong relationships with partners, including service providers and grassroots organizations.
  • Participate in activities aimed at improving new programs/initiatives.
  • Manage inquiries and provide partners with relevant information to support collaboration efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications.
  • Working experience in event management, healthcare, business development or corporate secretariat would be advantageous.
  • At least 3 years of experience in related industries
