Responsibilities
- Supply Chain Procurement: Oversee equipment procurement in India, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition.
- Commercial Negotiation: Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal terms and conditions.
- Daily Supplier Management: Manage daily interactions with suppliers, including order placement, delivery tracking, and issue resolution.
- Local Resource Development: Identify and develop new local supply chain resources to enhance procurement capabilities.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure procured equipment meets quality standards and work with suppliers on quality control.
- Cost and Risk Management: Monitor procurement budgets, manage costs, and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Reporting and Coordination: Maintain procurement records, prepare performance reports, and coordinate with internal teams for seamless supply chain operations.
Requirements
- Non-experienced candidates with relevant education background (e.g., Business or Supply Chain Management)/internship experience will be considered
- Candidates with 2 - 3 years of procurement experience for IT products will be highly preferred
- Proficiency in supply chain system or automation enterprise system is preferred
- Experience in supply chain/ procurement/ business negotiation
*This role will be based in India:
- Relocation expenses subsidised
- Accommodation provided
- Daily expatriate allowance provided
- Transportation to and from workplace and accommodation is provided
- Employees are provided a few extra days for Home Leave Entitlement on top of annual leaves
