Responsibilities:
- Manage product ownership of semiconductor equipment within the company's product range.
- Develop a product development roadmap aligned with market trends and customer requirements.
- Conduct product and technology benchmarking activities.
- Assist Technical Sales team in reviewing specifications, costing, and evaluating new product requirements.
- Engage with customers on project management updates and technical reviews.
- Manage Product Evaluation programs with Customers.
- Lead continuous improvement programs to extend product lifecycle, enhance competitiveness, and improve gross margins.
- Collaborate with Engineering Development teams to resolve technical field issues within the Product family.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledgeable with product, technology benchmarking, semiconductor packaging, automation & assembly process.
- Strong technical knowledge in engineering concepts, electromechanical systems, equipment design and development, including BOM.
