On behalf of our client we are looking for SAP HCM Consultant to work one on
one basis on various tasks.
Job Description:
Provide Production Support – SAP HCM
1. Investigate system problems. If investigated to be a defect, to liaise with the Build team and provide functional inputs (so that Build team can fix the defect) and test the functionality after fix.
2. Perform data profiling and/or patching.
3. Provide IA (Impact Assessment) for request of new CR (Change-Request) assessments within SLA.
4. Perform product testing for periodic SAP system upgrade/patch).
5. Address authority-counterparts enquiries / escalated issues timely.
5. Continuously gain knowledge on designated business process area to work towards being an SME.
6. Liaise with user
Implement CR (Change-Request):
1. Prepare plan with key milestones for CR delivery.
2. Prepare Design Solution Preview.
3. Gather detailed user requirements.
4. Itemize Design Considerations, affected/new design documentation.
5. Analyze detailed requirements and create detailed design solutioning, articulating the system to-be changes for authority and business user audience.
6. Perform presentation of Solution Preview, review with client.
7. Create/amend Design Documentation, review with client. Explain the solutioning to the Build (programmers) team and assist with functional input (so that Build Team can perform the required code/authorization changes).
8. Create Test Package, and review with Authority.
9. Perform configuration changes, product test.
10. Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Test).
11. Follow-up with necessary administration (including sign-off papers), to deploy CR to production.
