Job Responsiblities
1. Assist in strengthening the comms function in client organisation:
a) Support the recruitment of suitable candidates to be communications practitioners
b) Compile and analyse the recruitment data, competencies, training/ experience and current responsibilities of communications practitioners (staff and volunteers).
c) Work with stakeholders to support the planning and implementation of various engagement programmes to orientate and align staff and volunteers to their communications roles and responsibilities
d) Support the sharing and managing of knowledge and information of the comms functions in client organisation.
2. Assist in the development of systems and resources to enhance the operational effectiveness of the communications teams in client organisation:
a) Assist the implementation of work processes, competency frameworks, training roadmaps and performance metrics to strengthen client's communications function in divisions
b) Maintain an up-to-date repository of useful resources including SOPs, templates, playbooks, to be assessed by client's comms practitioners
c) Manage access of repository to staff members
d) Assist to produce internal communications materials to engage client comms officers. Work with the team to design attractive internal comms materials including EDMs, newsletters to communicate regularly with client's comms officers and volunteers.
e) Develop a system to record stories of client comms officers efforts in the community.
3. Other duties
a) Monitor project expenditure and prepare utilization reports.
b) Assist in the procurement of required services, e.g training, resource development
c) Assist in preparing reports to update management and stakeholders
d) Perform tasks as assigned
Working Arrangement:
Location: Buona Vista
Salary: Monthly Rated
Working Hours:
Mon to Thurs 8.5hrs
Fri 8hrs
Job Requirement
• At least one year in a marketing or related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft and effectively convey messages
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends and provide insights
• Good inter-personal skills for working closely with cross-functional teams
• Flexible and adaptable to work environment
• Proficiency in English and knowledge of 2nd language (Chinese, Malay, Tamil)
