In this role, you will oversee the Group's investment portfolio and manage investment property, ensuring Group’s risk profile align with Board’s decision. Additionally, you will conduct month-end closing processes, lead statutory audits and handle payment reviews. Lastly, you will also drive key projects and process improvements, working closely with other departments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform month end closing of accounts including monthly bank reconciliation
- Prepare monthly management reports and supporting schedules
- Assist in preparing the yearly budget
- Prepare quarterly GST reports
- Handle the statutory audit and caseload audits
- Review payments done by the AP Team
- Review of work processes within the department
- Assist Finance Team, when required
- Assist Director on any duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or relevant qualifications
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in handling full set of accounts
- Good command of MS Office applications
- Experience with ERP systems preferred
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Able to work under pressure and meet predetermined deadlines
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Possess good organizational and analytical skills
