About the role:
· Work on solving interesting problems for clients in the space of commercial excellence, i.e. pricing, sales and go to market, or all activities related to topline growth
· Work across different industries, e.g. B2B, B2C, software, life sciences etc. in solving client’s commercial problems
· Work with data, leveraging tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI etc. to conduct deep and meaningful analyses. Draw insights to solve client’s problems and give recommendations
· End-to-end ownership of workstreams within projects, which entails collecting data, conducting deep analysis, drawing insights, creating slides & engaging with stakeholders
· Contribute to the development of the Singapore office
Your profile:
· Minimum of 4-5 years of work experience is ideal
· 3-4 years of work experience in top tiers is highly desirable
· MBA degree from a top tier university is highly desirable
· Fluency in English (written & spoken)
· Ability to manage a small team of consultants in leading client engagements
· Strong interest, understanding and belief in strategy / management consulting
· Ability to breakdown problems in manageable chunks and helping junior consultants problem-solve
· Interest in topline topics, GTM, pricing and sales is good to have
· Enthusiasm for working in teams
· Customer-oriented thinking
· Flexibility and willingness to travel
