Job Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain the layout of company websites, public accounts, or other related cooperative media for external publicity, including content design, etc.
- Responsible for the design and production of various graphic creative works in the company, including exhibition posters, promotional materials, and printed materials.
- Responsible for the creative design and production of various company-related activities, including event materials, background posters, stage design, etc.
- Digital file processing, editing, including photography, filming, and retouching.
- Team collaboration skills, communication and coordination with colleagues and partner artists to ensure the quality and timing of various design projects.
- Familiar with production techniques and suppliers to ensure cost and quality in the production process.
- Assist in gallery exhibition setup, adjusting spotlights, and other aesthetic work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in art design-related majors; background in art institutions is preferred.
- Work rigorously and meticulously, with strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Excellent proficiency in both Chinese and English is a must.
- Ability to proactively solve problems and independently complete partial and phase work.
- Excellent time management skills.
平⾯设计师（1-2位）
岗位职责：
1. 设计并维护公司⽹站、公众号等社交媒体的⾃媒或其他相关合作媒体的对外宣传版⾯编排，⽂案设计等；
2. 负责公司各类平⾯创意的设计及制作⼯作，包括展览、活动海报、各种宣传资料及印刷品等；
3. 负责公司相关活动的创意设计及制作⼯作，包括活动物料、背景海报、舞美等；
4. 摄影、摄像、修图等数码⽂件处理、编辑；
5. 团队协作能⼒，与相关同事及艺术家等合作伙伴的沟通协调，以保证各类设计项⽬的质量及时间的把握；
6. 熟悉制作⼯艺与供应商，确保制作环节的成本与质量；
7. 协助展厅布展、调节射灯等美学⼯作。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，艺术设计类相关专业；有艺术机构⼯作背景者优先；
2. ⼯作严谨慎密，有较强的团队协作能⼒及沟通能⼒；
3. 优秀的中⽂、英⽂说写能⼒是必需条件；
4. 有主动解决问题的能⼒，能独⽴完成局部和阶段性的⼯作；
5. 具备良好的时间管理能⼒。
