IMS Lead Auditor/Senior QHSE Executive
Duties and Responsibilities
- Administer CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), DCR (Document Change Requests), Internal Audit, and CCR (Customer Complaint Records) processes within the organization. processes within the organization.
- Assist QHSE Director in managing Integrated Management systems (ISO 9001, 45001,14001 and Sustainability)
- Perform Internal Audits and support External Audit to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Support supplier/vendor qualification and audits.
- Perform deviations/non-conformances (CAPA) follow-up for root cause analysis, rectification, and process improvement.
- Prepare audit report and coordinate Management Review meeting.
- Carry out site/factory inspection, check and audit for compliance.
- Liaises with ESG or other government entity on grant support application & claim.
- Assist in tender submission.
- Support QHSE division in compliance with company procedure.
- Any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Min diploma with 3 years of relevant experience as Internal Lead Auditor, preferably in construction/factory set up.
- Demonstrated experiences in administering quality systems (CAPA, DCR, Internal Audit, and CCR)
- Knowledge in WSH, quality requirement and Sustainability (added advantage)
- Good written and oral communications
- Able to work in culturally diverse environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively and work independently.
