Support Hr transactions and administrtaion,such as payroll processing and benefits adminisration.
Maintain accurate HR is data and personnel records,including contracts,benefits and compensation details.
Excellent communications,interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
Proficiency in HR Systems and tools
Have a depth in Knowledge of MOM policies,rules and regulations
Ability to work Independently
Manage Performance appraisal cycles,grievances and performance realted issues.
Good Working Knowledge of Employment act,local labour legistlations and other statutaory requirements.
Provide regular reports and analysis on Hr metrics
Assist in Compensation surveys and revoews to ensure market competitiveness.
