Project Manager
Job Description
Working Day: 5 day work week (Monday to Friday), Working Hours: 8 hours
Responsibilities
· Manage project teams, consultants, and contractor to ensure project run smoothly
· Responsible for overall implementation and completion of projects within scheduled cost, time, and quality
· Coordinate with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and sub- contractors to ensure smooth tender completion of the local and overseas projects
· Prepare, review, and submit all detailed programs, schedules, method statements, technical proposals, risk assessment plans
· Providing inputs on unit layouts, facilities, material selections
· Asist in managing project budgets and expenditures; identify cost-saving opportunities and control project costs; report on budget status and variances
· Monitor projects progress, conduct regular inspections, quality checks and updating of reports to the management
· Oversee post TOP defects liability period. Ensure defects are being completed and signed off
Requirements
· Recognized Degree in Architecture or Engineering
· Minimum 5 years experience in Developer or Architecture firm specialise particularly in residential and/or hospitality developments
· Able to work independently
· Knowledge of real estate development processes, local laws and building codes
· Good communication and management skills
