Job Description :
* Handle administrative tasks associated with shipping projects, including order processing, document preparation (shipping, invoices, purchase orders, import/export), etc.
* Organize and coordinate logistical and administrative activities.
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
* Manage filing and other general administrative duties (eg.Update of Company's catalogue from time to time)
* Fulfill any other ad-hoc tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications:
* GCE O-level or equivalent.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
