At HEINEKEN D&T, we are looking for a skilled individual to deliver our tremendous ambition in our Commercial function. This role blends in depth technical expertise with product management and a strong delivery skillset to drive our digital agenda across the whole APAC region in alignment with our global vision of becoming the best-connected brewer. You will be driving our Commerce digital agenda across Marketing and Sales, spanning from supporting personas like Sales Rep, Customers, Distributors as well as Consumers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deliver the Digital roadmap for Commerce APAC Lead and oversee digital transformation initiatives across Sales and marketing. Collaborate with Global Functional experts and key stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital enhancement, define strategies, and prioritize initiatives that align with their business goals.
- Product Vision Define the Functional roadmap of products and platforms together with Sales and Marketing to identify and develop market-focused solutions built on/with Global platform, ensuring it resonate with our D&T vision, architectural guidance and keep pace with external market trends. Identify and lead innovation initiatives, leveraging digital to optimize processes, boost efficiency, and unlock new business potentials.
Experience & Profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Work experience: At least 5 years experience in Digital and technology with strong knowledge of Product management; preferably background in FMCG and experience in the Commercial domain;
- Required technology expertise: In-depth understanding of current technology trends and their practical business applications. Deep understanding of functional processes as well as the technology landscape.
- Required agile expertise: good understanding of agile and lean methodologies and be ability to apply these principles.
