As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in the sales team, utilizing your skills and knowledge to contribute to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation:Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company objectives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Negotiation and Closing:Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with clients.
Close sales deals and ensure successful delivery and implementation of products/services.
Follow up on payment collections and contract renewals.
- Team Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve overall team performance.
- Administrative Tasks:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, expense reports, and other documentation as required. - Proficiency in Japanese (both written and spoken) is required.
