Advise employees of safety importance and job related hazards
Prepare Risk Assessment (RA) for all trades and updating RA over time and site situation
Preparing safe work Procedure for client submission and ensure safety
Preparing fall prevention plan for working on MEWP
Preparing method of statement for different Trades
Attending daily Toolbox meeting and ensuring all workers and supervisor attendance
Ensure and counselling of safe work, environmental control & emergency procedures
Reporting to Manager/ [Project director on daily site progress.
Supervision of subcontractor’s works and ensure working in safe manner
Manage and monitor work-in-progress and ensure smooth implementation of projects, from inception to completion, in accordance with scheduled datelines monitoring the progress of sub-contractor.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other relevant government authorities.
Attend and conduct periodic meetings on site coordination and progress matters contractor.
Responsible for quality aspects of works, site operation safety and material/ plants utilization.
