Job Description: Responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role involves handling various aspects of accounting, including bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting:
· Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
· Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
· Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
· Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial documents.
· Prepare regular financial reports, and invoices including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
· Knowledge of Singapore compliance laws with ACRA, IRAS, and CPF Board.
· GST computation and submission.
2. Taxation:
· Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with Singapore compliance laws.
· Tax computations and submission.
· Responding to tax queries raised by IRAS.
· Preparing Personal Income Tax and Filing.
3. Other tasks:
· Assist in corporate secretarial work.
· Assist in HR and admin matters.
Qualifications:
· Diploma or Degree in Accounting and has at least 2 years of accounting experience.
· Proven experience in accounting or related roles.
· Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· High ethical standards and integrity.
