Responsibilities:
- Provide information to passengers onboard trains through train-borne announcement and text messaging systems
- Keep track of daily traffic activities and register Operations Control Centre (OCC)-related events
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level (GCE ‘A’ Levels is preferred), or an equivalent
- Hands-on experience in using telecommunications and public announcement systems would be advantageous
- Billingual in both english and mandarin (Spoken with ability to transcribe vice versa)
- Able to identify colours on screen / panel display due to the nature of the job
- Able to peform rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
