Job Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for core email, email security infrastructure, email archiving and compliance solution.
- Evaluate, design, build, validate, deploy, manage daily and evolve messaging and mobility solutions.
- Own incidents, problems or issues adhering to Service Level Agreement’s (SLA’s) where relevant in a proactive manner
- Investigate on any messaging issues, analyses various logs and provide solutions.
- Be responsible for messaging components in disaster recovery practice (DRP) exercise.
- Maintain SLAs on Requests, Incidents, Changes and security exception requests.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of: Microsoft O365 and Exchange server, email security and compliance solutions, mobile device management, integration in the IS (Network, Windows Server, Active Directory), PowerShell programming.
- Lead a messaging team providing day-to-day Microsoft on-prem Exchange, O365, SMTP email operational support to internal customers covering all Servers, Related Service and Mail Relays.
- Drive or provide technical support on project or new initiative.
- Involvement in implementation discussions working with non-technical stakeholders.
- Identifying and driving opportunities to improve automation for the company; scoping and creating automation for deployment, management, and visibility of our services.
- Planning for CAPEX and OPEX Budget
- Creating and maintaining documentation to include Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Configuration Documentation, & Policy Documentation.
- Provide support to audit, hardening requirement and resolve any vulnerabilities.
- Conduct regular upgrade and security patching of the servers, appliance and equipment
- Support Oversea Business Unit
- Plan and Migrate on premise Exchange from 2016 to 2019.
- Work with Business on the Intune Deployment of in house Apps or Kiosk.
Job Requirements:
- Good working knowledge of Exchange 2016/2019 and O365
- Good working knowledge of MDM Intune, Compliance
- Knowledge on Sharepoint online is a plus.
- Experience with working directly with vendors on new features and roadmaps.
- Experience with security hardening of the Windows Server operating system, as well as Exchange to meet security compliance requirements
- Ability to identify / prioritize tasks and work independently without micromanagement.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication and documentation skills.
