- Location: Changi
- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8-5pm / 9-6pm / 11-8pm, Alt Sat 9 - 1pm
- Salary: Up to $3100 + transport allowance + shift allowance
Job Scope:
- Complete Air Waybill procedures for various cargo types, including general cargo and consolidated shipments, utilizing Cargowise software.
- Generate export documentation such as cargo acceptance checklists, cargo security certificates, and indemnity letters, along with airline labels.
- Ensure proper marking and labeling of all export cargo before transfer to airlines.
- Monitor incoming shipments and inspect goods upon arrival.
- Manage Export Cargo Clearance Permit declarations, including Certificate of Origin (CO), while adhering to budgetary guidelines.
- Coordinate import/export operations to ensure timely delivery according to customer timelines.
- Maintain compliance with company protocols and standards.
- Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Perform any additional tasks delegated by management.
Requirements:
- Educational background equivalent to GCE ‘N’/’O’ levels or Diploma.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding, Transportation, or Logistics preferred. Fresh graduates with suitable aptitude are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with Cargowise system is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong command of Basic English.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
