Your Duties
• Prepare food ingredients & meals as directed
• Perform frying, braising and blanching of food ingredients
• Ensure the consistency of food product and to follow SOP
• Ensuring freshness and quality of food items
• Maintaining stall cleanliness and food safety
• Other job related ad-hocs duties if required
