Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Android Developer with a strong portfolio of Android applications.
- Proficiency in Kotlin, with a good understanding of Android SDK.
- Experience with Android Background Service and Location APIs.
- Experience with ESRI ArcGIS SDK.
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle.
