Responsibilities
- Marketing Activities/Events Planning + Execution:
- -Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to promote the company’s products/services.
- - Plan and coordinate marketing events, including conferences, trade shows, and product launches.
- - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Branding, Marketing Materials:
- -Manage the development and maintenance of brand identity guidelines.
- -Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional collateral, to support sales and marketing efforts.
- -Ensure consistency in branding across all channels and touchpoints.
- Social Media and Digital Marketing:
- - Lead the company's social media strategy and oversee content creation, posting schedules, and engagement on platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
- -Manage the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
- -Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive website traffic, generate leads, and increase brand awareness.
- Vendor Management:
- -Identify and engage with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers to support marketing initiatives, including graphic design, printing, and event management.
- -Negotiate contracts and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- PR - Local Media:
- -Cultivate relationships with local media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure press coverage and media partnerships.
- -Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to generate positive publicity for the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- At least 5-7 years of proven experience in marketing management roles, preferably in semiconductor industry.
- Good to have start up experience, building up brand from scratch.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, CMS platforms, and analytics tools.
- Experience in vendor management and budget oversight.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A self-starter with the ability to create and execute market strategies.
