Salary: $10 hr
Location: Clementi
The working hours are as follows:
- Weekdays - Work 2 – 3 weekdays per week from 5 pm – 9 pm
- Saturdays - Work 3 – 4 Saturdays per month from 12 pm – 5 pm
Job Description:
- Attend to users' enquiries (walk-ins and phones) at the counter.
- Guide users on how to access library E-Services and E-Resources.
- Assist in retrieving of books and process for users to collect as well as books return at the smart lockers.
- Conduct regular checks on users in the library and to ensure they are authorised users.
- Monitor and inform users to keep noise level down to constantly maintain a conducive environment in the library.
- Help to shelf and organise books onto the shelves.
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma, A / O Level
- Good Customer Service SkillsPC literacy is required (Eg MS word / Excel) basic functions
