Responsibilities:
- Manage core email infrastructure, security, archiving, and compliance solutions.
- Evaluate, design, deploy, and evolve messaging and mobility solutions.
- Own incidents, problems, or issues within SLAs proactively.
- Investigate messaging issues, analyze logs, and provide solutions.
- Handle messaging components in disaster recovery exercises.
- Maintain SLAs for requests, incidents, changes, and security exceptions.
- Lead a messaging team providing operational support for Exchange, O365, and SMTP email.
- Provide technical support for projects and new initiatives.
- Identify and drive automation opportunities for deployment and management.
- Plan CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
- Create and maintain documentation, including SOPs and policy documentation.
- Support audits, hardening requirements, and vulnerability resolutions.
- Conduct regular server and equipment upgrades and security patching.
- Support Oversea Business Unit and plan Exchange migrations and Intune deployments.
Requirements:
- Good working knowledge of Exchange 2016/2019 and O365.
- Working knowledge of MDM Intune and compliance.
- Sharepoint online knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with vendors on new features and security hardening.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
