Accounts Assistant

Lockson Hydraulics & Engineering Pte. Ltd.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handles partial accounts (A/R, A/P, invoicing)
  • Maintains & updating of accounting records
  • Submit monthly project progress claims to main contractor.
  • Follow up with clients on outstanding payments
  • General Administrative duties.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least "O" / "N" Level or equivalent, Professional Certificate, Diploma
  • Salary commensurate with experience
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word.
  • Able to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients
  • Able to work independently and well organized.
  • Able to start work on short notice.
