- Administer procurement cycle: RFQ to purchase order placement.
- Consolidate RFQ responses for management review.
- Create necessary documentation using D365.
- Coordinate with suppliers for vessel ETA and inspections.
- Review Bill of Lading details.
- Provide regular shipment status reports.
- Handle COO applications and CCIC surveys for Indonesian imports.
- Assist in LC tenor applications and amendments.
- Reconcile invoices against purchase orders.
- Collaborate with Finance for invoice validation.
- Support payment processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Requirement
- Min 4 years of experience
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably D365.
- Understanding of international trade regulations and shipping documentation.
