The Managing Director/General Manager/Vice-President has the responsibility to steer the organisation to achieve excellence in a globalised environment and ensures Organisational Succession Planning. He/She develops business and professional networks to foster an atmosphere of inclusiveness with diverse external stakeholders and the global business community.
In addition, the Managing Director/General Manager/Vice-President directs plant operations and provides leadership to departmental managers to ensure the organisational objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner.
The Managing Director/General Manager/Vice-President also formulates and recommends ideas and directions to drive changes in an organisation while maintaining a culture of innovativeness to sustain value creation in meeting the competitive position and long term objectives of the organisation.
