Position: Brand Manager - International Luxury Skincare Brand

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to lead our luxury skincare brand through a period of exhilarating growth and innovation. The successful candidate will spearhead brand strategies, drive market expansion, and maintain the brand’s prestige.
*Responsibilities:*
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of brand initiatives to drive growth and enhance brand equity.
- Coordinate new product development and launches, from concept to market introduction.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs and market gaps.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to optimize distribution and ensure consistent brand experience.
- Manage promotional activities, including digital marketing, PR events, and collaborations.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize market penetration.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Extensive experience as a Brand Manager in the skincare or cosmetics industry.
- In-depth knowledge of skincare trends, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
