Job Description
- Provide administrative support for the full scope of office management in the office, including upkeep and maintenance of the office and its supplies, etc.
- Handle courier and fax service arrangements
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including managing phones and emails, scheduling appointments and planning meetings.
- Support the finance department in preparing or obtaining required details/documentation
- Prepare & manage expense claims
- To provide full spectrum of secretarial support to the Chief Executive Officer and Senior team members
- To coordinate travel arrangement planning, flight, accommodation, visa application and transportation
- Assist & coordinate company events, exhibitions or meetings
- Assist in set up conference facilities & organise meeting workshops and catering
- Support other business units in preparing or obtaining required details/ documentations
- Assist in marketing and promotion
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned in relation to HR/Admin/Finance/Sales support
Job Requirement
- At least a Diploma in any discipline
- Min 3 years of experience in Receptionist/Secretarial duties
- Experienced working in a shared service environment and providing support to finance/admin/sales/HR
- Able to multi-task, meticulous, committed and good team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-driven, meticulous, analytical, and able to work under pressure
