About the Role:As a Procurement Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our supply chain operations, ensuring efficient procurement processes and strong supplier relationships. Your role will include developing local supply chain resources, negotiating with suppliers, and handling day-to-day supplier interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage procurement activities within the Indian equipment supply chain.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with local suppliers.
- Conduct effective business negotiations to secure the best deals.
- Oversee daily management and coordination with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
What We're Looking For:
- A Bachelor's degree in Machinery, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus!
- At least 7 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in negotiating within supply chain systems, especially for automated enterprises or customer-specific requirements.
