About the Opportunity
We are seeking passionate and responsible individual who likes to play a part in digitalising Healthcare to join the operations team.
Work Location: Clementi Block 325 (My Family Clinic, Clementi 325).
What You'll Be Doing
- Perform day-to-day operational activities, including packing medications that are prescribed by our Telemedicine Doctors accurately and arranging deliveries of medications to patients.
- Work closely with our contact centre and operations team, and deliveries partners to ensure that the medications are delivered smoothly and timely.
- Work closely with our Telemedicine Doctors on patient’s enquiries.
- Handle patient’s enquiries and feedback and provide service recovery when necessary.
- Ensure accurate and prompt claims submissions to Government agencies and corporate partners.
- Manage inventory and replenish of medications and consumable items.
What We Are Looking for
- Preferably Junior Level specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
- Able to work in shift and weekends according to roster based on Clinic operating hours.
- Familiar with medication with prior experience in a Pharmacy/Clinic setting.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Meticulous, organised, and have a strong customer centric mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer literacy skills.
