Requirements
- Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counselling, or a Graduate Diploma in Social Work, Psychology or Counselling
- Willing to comply with the Standard Operating Procedure when discharging duties
- Willing to perform shift work in accordance with the Duty Roster
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Develop individualise care plans for residents
- Execute the care plan and monitor progress
- Develop and implement programmes and activities to meet the residents’ care needs
- Put up 6th monthly review reports and monthly interview records for about 50 residents
