Job Description:
- Minimum of 5 years (out of 6-9 yrs) of working experience in a Scrum Master role
- Scrum Master certification from a recognized Scrum standard organization
- Proficient coaching techniques to Product owner in maintaining healthy Backlog ownership, Value Delivery, Risk Management
- Efficient guiding practices to Dev team in maintaining Building Quality In, Adaptive planning, Self-organized, Result-oriented
- Demonstrated experience in working on large scale, remotely located, multiple Scrum team projects that leverage continuous integration processes
- Facilitate team for better creativity and tries to improve the efficiency of the development team.
- Facilitate effectively all scrum events
- Possesses conflict resolution, does conversation by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty and respect.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and a passion for working in highly collaborative environments
- Should be a good coach in Agile practices.
- Help team or individual to clarify goals and actions to achieve them. Ability to ensure the correct use of scrum process.
- Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously is required.
- Ability to shield the team from outside distractions and interferences. Ability to track and remove impediments.
- Ability to facilitate release planning, sprint review, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions with cross functional teams
- Ability to monitor, report on Agile metrics and team performance using information radiators
- Expertise in working with Jira for Sprint / Agile management, Test management
- Working experience in Full stack Java Technologies is an added advantage
