As an Executive Search Consultant:
- Specialize in providing human resource consulting services - talent acquisition, management, development and career transition
- Source for best-fit candidates through niche market research, key profiling assessments and interviews
- Market mapping and focused headhunting in specific talent pools for client’s search assignments
- Develop strong professional relations with clients, candidates and other important stakeholders.
