Responsibilities :
- To assist Accounts Manager on day to day accounting functions.
- Perform invoicing and credit note issuance
- Timely preparation of Sales reports
- Verify supplier’s invoices, site delivery order
- Perform data entry into system, payment vouchers and etc
- Handle day-to-day adminsitrative and accounting work
- Proficient in abss (myob) is an advantage
Reqirements:
Minimum GCE N/O level
Accounting knowledge is a must
Able to meet deadlines
Able to communicate in English to liaise with customers
Cheerful with good inter-personal and communication skills
Willing to learn and positive working attitude
1 years relevant experience is required for this role.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
