- Determine the management plans, policies and business objectives related to the management of the Company and responsible for the implementation and achievement of results.
- Establish and improve the Company's organizational and work system. Responsible for creating an efficient organizational team and building good communication channels.
- Researching new markets and using the data to forecast sales, set performance goals, review strategies to increase revenue, and set operating budgets.
- Devising and implementing new business initiatives and sales strategies and monitoring their effectiveness.
- Overseeing the company's sales growth by evaluating sales reports and capitalizing on particular products or services.
- Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors.
- Presenting the company's products and services at conferences and events.
- Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree and above in any field.
- At least 5 years experience in Management roles.
- Have good knowledge of e-commerce markets and processes.
- Ability to plan and execute strong strategies.
- Outstanding negotiation skills.
- Good leadership skills and ability to motivate the sales team.
- Ability to manage and delegate the sales team.
- Bilingual with proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients.
