RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Provide essential administrative and organizational support to the capital raising team
- Assist in various aspects of the capital raising process, including but not limited to :
- researching potential investors
- preparing presentations
- maintaining databases
- coordinating meetings
- analyzing returns and cashflows on potential investments
- ensuring smooth communication within the team and with external parties
- Ad hoc duties such as preparing reports in Japanese to shareholders, assist in corporate communications and assistance in other special projects
- Take in charge of day to day communications with shareholders and investors, predominantly in Japanese when necessary, working closely with the capital markets team
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Degree
- At least 2 years of working experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
- Highly motivated, strong work ethics, team player and able to work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with large, culturally diverse teams at all levels
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Japanese are required as our key stakeholders are Japanese investors; including a demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and confidently with good presentation skills in one-on-one settings or to larger groups
